What This Skill Does#

Generates a complete marketing system for beauty and wellness businesses — hair salons, nail studios, med spas, massage therapy practices, esthetician suites, and full-service day spas. Four prompts cover the full client lifecycle: attract new clients, fill the book, retain and upsell existing clients, and build a consistent social presence.

The Problem It Solves#

Most salon owners are exceptional technicians and exhausted marketers. They post sporadically on Instagram, rely entirely on word-of-mouth, lose 30-40% of new clients after the first visit, and never build the rebooking habits that create financial predictability.

This skill gives them a full marketing system in under an hour — the same assets a boutique marketing agency would charge $1,500–$5,000/month to produce.

Prompts#

Prompt 1: Grand Opening & Seasonal Campaign (FREE)#

Input: Business name, location, specialty services, target client, opening date or seasonal event

Output:

• Grand opening or seasonal event announcement email
• 3 ad variants (Google RSA with character counts, Facebook/Instagram, Nextdoor neighbor-tone)
• AP-style press release for local media outreach
• SMS blast (TCPA-compliant, under 160 characters)
• Instagram caption with hashtag stack (30 relevant tags)
• Google Business Profile post

Prompt 2: Service Menu & Social Proof System#

Input: Service list with prices, top 3 services, target client profile

Output:

• Website service page copy (SEO keyword included per service)
• 3-tier membership/package page copy with comparison table
• FTC-compliant testimonial request emails (3 templates: Day 7 / Day 30 / 6-month transformation)
• Before/after caption templates with required FTC disclosure language
• "Why Choose Us" page section
• 8-question FAQ with schema markup (JSON-LD)

Prompt 3: Client Retention & Referral Campaign#

Input: Business name, top service, average ticket, rebooking rate

Output:

• 5-email new client nurture sequence (Day 0 welcome → Day 14 rebooking offer)
• Referral program launch kit (email + in-studio card copy + social post)
• 3-touch Google review request sequence
• 3-touch lapsed client win-back sequence (30 / 60 / 90 days)
• Front desk rebooking scripts for 5 common objections ("too busy," "too expensive," "I'll call when I'm ready," "I want to try somewhere else," "I'm moving")
• VIP loyalty program framework (tier names, perks, communication templates)

Prompt 4: 30-Day Social Calendar + Email Newsletter#

Input: Business name, primary platform (Instagram/Facebook), 3 signature services, team size

Output:

• 30-day Instagram/Facebook calendar (4 posts/week, full captions + hashtags)
• Monthly client email newsletter (800-1,000 words, appointment link CTA)
• 4 reusable content templates (Transformation Tuesday, Tips & Education, Team Spotlight, Client Love Friday)
• 3 Instagram Reel/TikTok scripts (transformation reveal, day-in-the-life, tutorial format)
• 4 Google Business Profile posts for the month

Target Users#

• Independent hair stylists and salon owners (80K+ salons in the US)
• Nail studio owners (60K+ nail salons)
• Med spa operators (10K+ medical spas)
• Massage therapists and estheticians (solo suite renters)
• Full-service day spa managers
• Marketing agencies managing beauty/wellness client accounts

Pricing Strategy#

• Free tier: Prompt 1 only (grand opening/seasonal campaign)
• Paid tier: All 4 prompts — $29 one-time
• DFY tier: Max runs all 4 prompts for the client — $79/salon

Competitive Advantage#

• FTC-compliant testimonial and before/after templates (competitors skip this — the FTC has issued warning letters to beauty businesses)
• Front desk rebooking scripts (40-60% of rebooking loss happens in that 90-second checkout conversation — no competitor at any price covers this)
• Nextdoor-native copy (neighbor-tone posts outperform brand posts 3:1 for local services)
• JSON-LD schema markup on FAQ section (boosts local SEO, no ClawHub competitor offers this)
• VIP loyalty framework included — not just acquisition, full retention lifecycle

Requirements#

• Claude claude-sonnet-4-6 or equivalent
• No external tools or APIs required
• Prompts are standalone — run in any order
