Creator Campaign Scorecard#

Score a creator campaign plan before launch so operators can spot weak assumptions, execution gaps, and likely performance risks.

Use this skill when a user wants a structured pre-launch review for a creator, affiliate, or TikTok Shop campaign. It is useful for evaluating whether a plan is tight enough to launch, what is still underspecified, and where performance is most likely to break across creative, offer, operations, tracking, and creator fit.

Use when#

• Reviewing a creator campaign before launch
• Comparing multiple creator campaign plans
• Pressure-testing briefs, offer logic, creator fit, and execution readiness
• Turning vague campaign notes into a launch-readiness scorecard
• Identifying the 2-5 issues most likely to hurt campaign performance

Do not use when#

• The campaign is already live and the user needs post-launch analytics only
• The user wants legal review or financial modeling rather than readiness scoring
• There is not enough campaign information to score meaningfully

Inputs to ask for#

• Campaign goal and KPI target
• Product / offer details
• Creator profile and audience fit
• Number and format of deliverables
• Channel and publishing plan
• Timeline and launch dependencies
• Tracking / attribution setup
• Budget or payout structure
• Compliance or approval constraints
• Known risks or unknowns

Workflow#

1. Restate the campaign in operational terms
2. Score the plan across the most important dimensions
3. Explain why each score is high or low
4. Identify the top launch blockers and medium-risk gaps
5. End with an action-oriented recommendation: launch / revise / hold

Scoring dimensions#

Use a 1-5 score for each:

• Goal clarity
• Offer strength
• Creator-product fit
• Creative brief quality
• Operational readiness
• Tracking / measurement setup
• Compliance / risk control
• Expected learning value

Output requirements#

Return:

1. Campaign summary
2. Score table or bullet score list
3. Top blockers
4. Medium-risk gaps
5. Fastest fixes before launch
6. Final recommendation: launch / revise / hold

Quality bar#

• Specific to creator and ecommerce execution
• Clear reasoning, not fake precision
• Prioritized recommendations
• Useful for actual operators making launch calls
• No generic marketing fluff

Example prompts#

• Review this affiliate brief and tell me whether it is launch-ready
• Compare these two creator campaign plans and tell me which one is stronger
• Turn these campaign notes into a launch-readiness scorecard
