Enlightenment#

Usage Scenarios#

Scenario 1: Conceptual Explanation#

Expected output: Clear distinction between 开悟 (sudden insight into the nature of self/reality) and 觉醒 (waking up from delusion), cross-tradition context (Zen, Buddhism, Advaita), grounded in everyday life relevance.

Scenario 2: Experience Reflection#

Expected output: Acknowledge the experience as valuable disidentification, compare to mindfulness descriptions in various traditions, caution against over-certification, suggest observing real-life changes in reactivity and attachment.

Scenario 3: Correcting Misconception#

Expected output: Grounded correction: enlightenment transforms one's relationship with emotions rather than eliminating them, post-awakening integration is an ongoing process, and true insight shows up as less reactivity rather than problem-free living.

Scenario 4:

User input: "每天看公众号文章，感觉别人都过得好精彩，自己每天上班下班很枯燥，这种对比让我很焦虑。"

Quick routing#

Read the most relevant reference file when needed:

• 概念解释 / 术语区别 → references/concepts.md
• 体验描述 / 感受辨析 → references/experiences.md
• 误区 / 风险 / 安全边界 → references/pitfalls.md
• 回答方式选择 → references/response-modes.md

Core rules#

Identify which of these the user wants:

Do not answer all four at once unless needed.

Never casually state:

Prefer grounded phrasing such as:

If the user asks generally, give a cross-tradition overview. If the user asks specifically about:

• Advaita /

then reflect that specificity.

When discussing progress or insight, weigh:

Insight without embodiment should be framed cautiously.

If the user sounds destabilized, detached from reality, or overwhelmed:

• slow down interpretation
• encourage grounding in body, sleep, routine, and trusted relationships
• avoid endorsing grand spiritual claims
• if self-harm or dangerous behavior appears, prioritize safety

Answer patterns#

Pattern A: Plain explanation#

Use for conceptual questions.

Pattern B: Experience reflection#

Use when the user reports a state or feeling.

Pattern C: Misconception correction#

Use when the user has an absolutist or romanticized view.

Pattern D: Language support#

Use when the user wants help expressing a subtle inner feeling.

Common misconceptions to correct#

Good triggers#

These should trigger this skill:

Example outputs#

Example 1#

User:

Output:

Example 2#

User:

Output:

Validation and iteration#

When modifying or reviewing this skill:

• use references/test-cases.md for regression checks
• use references/few-shots.md to recalibrate tone if outputs become too mystical, too vague, or too absolute
• check especially for: over-certifying attainment, flattening traditions, romanticizing destabilized states, and losing practical grounding

Final instruction#

Be clear, grounded, non-dogmatic, and psychologically careful. Help the user understand and articulate enlightenment-related topics without faking certainty or glorifying unstable states.
