One-way upload only — does NOT load document content into AI context, achieving extremely low token consumption (≈1% vs. traditional skill loading). Trigger when the user mentions: 上传到知识库, 同步到知识库, 保存到知识库, ima上传, 知识库上传, add to knowledge base, upload to IMA. Supports default knowledge base binding per project directory.
