Example Templates#

Real Estate Agent Outreach#

Email 1 - Initial Contact:

text

Subject: Quick question about your {{company_name}}

Hi {{first_name}},

I noticed {{company_name}} is doing great work in {{city}} real estate.

Here's what I'm curious about: Most agents I talk to are spending 10+ hours/week on admin tasks that could be automated. Things like:
- Following up with every lead (even the ones who aren't ready yet)
- Scheduling showings and open houses
- Keeping track of buyer/seller requirements

Are you experiencing anything similar?

If not, ignore this. If yes, I'd love to share what's working for other agents in {{city}}.

Best,
[Your Name]

P.S. - Reply "automate" and I'll send over a free automation checklist for real estate agents.

Email 2 - Social Proof:

text

Subject: How {{other_agent}} in {{city}} reclaimed 15 hours/week

Hi {{first_name}},

Following up on my last note.

I recently worked with {{other_agent}} who was spending 20 hours/week just on lead follow-up. After implementing a few simple automations:
- Instant response to new leads (even at 11pm)
- Automated follow-up sequences for 30/60/90 day leads
- Reminder system for listing expiration

She now has 15 extra hours/week to focus on closing deals.

Curious if this kind of time recovery would be valuable for {{company_name}}?

Happy to share specifics - just reply.

Best,
[Your Name]

Email 3 - Soft Close:

text

Subject: One last thought (and a free resource)

Hi {{first_name}},

I'll stop reaching out after this one.

But I did want to leave you with something valuable regardless:

I've put together a "Real Estate Agent Automation Toolkit" with:
- 5 email templates that get responses
- Automation checklist for new leads
- Follow-up sequence for expired listings

Completely free, no catch: {{landing_page_link}}

Even if we never work together, I want to help {{industry}} professionals work smarter.

Take care,
[Your Name]

Photography Business Outreach#

Email 1:

text

Subject: Question about {{company_name}}'s client experience

Hi {{first_name}},

Love what I'm seeing with {{company_name}}'s work.

Quick question: How are you currently handling inquiries from potential clients who aren't ready to book yet?

Most photographers I work with lose 30-40% of leads because they can't follow up fast enough. The client goes with someone who responded first.

Is that something you've experienced?

If not, disregard. If yes, I have some ideas that might help.

Best,
[Your Name]

Consulting Business Outreach#

Email 1:

text

Subject: Thought on {{company_name}}'s growth strategy

Hi {{first_name}},

Been following {{company_name}}'s work and impressed by {{specific_achievement}}.

Here's something I've noticed working with {{industry}} consultants:

The biggest bottleneck isn't new leads - it's converting existing prospects. Most consultants spend 10+ hours/week on admin work that doesn't generate revenue.

Curious - what's currently taking up most of your time that you'd rather not do?

Happy to brainstorm if helpful.

Best,
[Your Name]

Multi-Channel Extensions#

Cold Call Script (for follow-up)#

text

Hi {{first_name}}, this is [Your Name] from [Company]. I sent over some notes last week about {{topic}} and wanted to see if you had any questions. Do you have 5 minutes to chat?

Best Practices#

1. Keep emails under 125 words - shorter = higher response
2. Focus on them, not you - lead with their pain points
3. Include one clear CTA - make it easy to respond
4. Use personal details - reference their business specifically
5. Test different subject lines - A/B test for best open rates
