Use this skill at the START of a session to recall prior knowledge, and DURING work whenever the user states a fact/preference/decision, corrects a mistake, or a task fails. Manages working memory (this session) plus long-term semantic/episodic/procedural/error-lesson memory as plain Markdown files under .codebuddy/memory/. Zero dependencies — uses the agent's native file read/write/grep tools.
