What This Skill Does#

Builds the complete launch system for an AI automation agency in 4 prompts — from positioning and niche selection through client acquisition, service packaging, and delivery playbooks.

AI automation is the fastest-growing service category of 2025-2026. Businesses are spending $5K-$50K to automate workflows they can't build themselves. This skill gives freelancers and consultants the complete agency infrastructure to capture that market in under a week.

The 4 Prompts#

Prompt 1 — Agency Positioning & Niche Selector (FREE)#

Input: your background, current skills, target industry, desired income Output:

• Top 3 niche recommendations with demand score, competition score, and average project value
• Agency positioning statement (one-sentence, two-sentence, and elevator pitch versions)
• 3 core service descriptions (plain English, no jargon)
• Differentiation hook: why YOUR agency vs. a generalist
• 30-second cold intro script for phone/video

Prompt 2 — Service Packaging & Pricing Guide#

Input: chosen niche, skill level, target client size, local vs. remote Output:

• 3-tier productized service menu (Starter / Growth / Enterprise) with scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each
• Proposal template (executive summary, problem statement, solution overview, deliverables, timeline, investment, next steps)
• Pricing psychology guide: anchoring, value framing, ROI projection formula
• Rate justification script for "that's too expensive" objections
• Upsell path: retainer model framing and monthly maintenance pricing
• Contract scope definition (what's in, what's out) to prevent scope creep

Prompt 3 — Client Acquisition System#

Input: chosen niche, agency name, LinkedIn URL, local market Output:

• LinkedIn profile optimization checklist (headline formula, about section, featured section, banner brief)
• 5-message LinkedIn DM sequence: connection request → value opener → case study → soft pitch → follow-up
• Cold email sequence: 3-email drip (hook → proof → ask) with subject lines, bodies, and CTAs
• Discovery call script: 12 questions, qualification framework (Budget / Authority / Need / Timeline), close script
• 3 case study templates (before/after format) ready to fill with your first client results
• 5 content post templates for LinkedIn to build authority (problem/solution, data insight, mini case study, myth bust, process reveal)
• Outreach tracking system: CRM-free pipeline tracker (Notion table structure + status definitions)

Prompt 4 — Delivery & Fulfillment Playbook#

Input: service type, primary tools used, client name and industry Output:

• Client onboarding sequence: welcome email, questionnaire (15 questions), kickoff call agenda, shared folder structure
• Project documentation template: scope document, change order form, progress update format
• 3-phase delivery framework: Discovery → Build → Launch, each with owner, deliverables, and sign-off gate
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) pack: 5 reusable SOPs for common AI automation tasks (Zapier/Make workflow, data pipeline, chatbot deployment, report automation, email automation)
• Results reporting template: before/after metrics, ROI calculation, testimonial request email
• Offboarding + retention system: project close email, 30-day check-in, retainer pitch script, referral ask

Competitive Analysis#

No existing ClawHub skill targeting AI automation agency launch/build. Adjacent: freelance/consulting skills are generic (no AI focus). AI-specific skills focus on using tools, not building an agency. Clear gap.
