备份自己
AI Agent暂不可直接安装Back up the entire agent memory system of the current WorkBuddy account and package it into a single portable .tar.gz file, so a new agent on a new device/account can quickly learn and inherit all of this account's memory (identity, long-term memory, self-created skills, and config). Use when the user wants to "back up myself / 备份自己 / 备份记忆 / 记忆传承 / 迁移agent记忆 / 让新agent继承我的记忆 / 导出我的人设和记忆", or to restore such a backup into a new environment. Automatically redacts secrets (appSecret/token/apikey) into placeholders and generates a MANIFEST (first lesson for the new agent) plus a RESTORE guide.
