Step 1: 任务解析 (Task Analysis)#

目标： 理解用户的临时心跳需求

检查清单：

• 任务类型识别（提醒/检查/执行）
• 执行时间提取（多久后/具体时间点）
• 任务内容提取（要做什么）
• 重复性确认（一次性/重复）

⚠️ 注意事项#

1. 临时性#

• ✅ 执行后自动删除
• ✅ 不会写入 HEARTBEAT.md
• ✅ 适合一次性任务

2. 时间限制#

• 最小时间间隔：1 分钟
• 最大时间间隔：30 天
• 建议时间间隔：5 分钟 - 24 小时

3. 任务数量#

• 单个用户最多：20 个临时心跳
• 超出时提示：请先取消部分任务

4. 执行时机#

• 检查频率：每 30 秒检查一次
• 执行误差：< 1 分钟
• 超时处理：任务过期后自动删除
